Condominium/Home Owner Association Management:

Marion B Real Estate has vast knowledge in the management of homeowner associations. We have
actively managed condo associations since 1981, some 36 years and counting. We can help the
homeowners to work together in establishing budgets to meet the needs of the association and the
lending industry. By way of our webpage we offer a foot print on the world wide web to allow for
information about your community to be found on line, which will include a copy of the condo
documents. Also, your membership will have access to on line payments with check, credit or debit
card via an app available for all smart phones. This app will give direct access to my office to send any
message, as well as our office can send out blast messaging to all members quickly. Call Lisa Hayles,

Rental Application

Fill out the attached application to being your application process. Application fee is $75 up to two
applicants. The applicant must forward copies of your last 90 day pay stubs to verify your employment
and income, background and credit reports will be run. Also, I will need a copy of each driver’s license,
verification of any government issued income as outlined in the most recent reward letter(s), or other
such verification for income received. The information can be discussed with the property owner, if
approved you will be presented with a lease agreement. This application fee is nonrefundable. When
you complete and submitt the application to the office, this will give your permission for the various
reports to be run and for our office to contact past landlords.
